Biggest changes are
1. "Restricting the number of spectators to parents and carers only where practical. That means no aunties, no uncles, no grandmothers, no grandfathers, no brothers, no sisters crowding on the sidelines."
2. "Prioritise delaying the game rather than substituting with people from other teams, if sufficient numbers to field teams cannot be achieved.."
