To Train ... or not to Train .....

I hope you and your family are well and staying safe.

I have written directly to coaches and managers who will hopefully forward the message to individual parents and players but I wanted to spread the message by as many channels as possible.

You may have seen the FNSW 'Back to Training' post on social media announcing they have lifted their ban on organised training. It is a great first step in the process but more needs to be done for it to become a reality. Council has advised that it will not open any parks for organised training until it has approved the Club's plan on what we are putting in place to implement the return-to-training safety guidelines. The CJSC committee is meeting this weekend to put this plan together.

The key message is: THERE IS NO TRAINING AS A TEAM UNTIL APPROVED BY THE CLUB.

Approval will be given by the Club once the Council have opened the parks to us for organised training. Please understand that there are severe consequences for any player/team found to be breaking this rule, including automatic deregistration (CDSFA) and hefty fines (Council).

We all want to get back to football as soon as possible, but in a safe way. Please follow the government guidelines, stay safe and we hope to see you soon.
