I apologise to all the players currently stuck in limbo trying to load your photo onto the FFA website. FNSW have confirmed this morning there is an issue, photos are hanging forever and not loading. Alternatively the photo looks like it has loaded but it does not appear to save to the database - it does not show up in the reports I run. Both are equally frustrating.
The FFA team is currently investigating and will solve this as soon as they can but until then please register without a photo, especially those players who intend to grade next week.
Photos loaded last week seem to be fine.
Note that photos are required for ID cards, so we will have to load them in the near future. This will have to be well before the season kick off in April to allow time for the printing.
