Important Points:

• CJSC will absorb the credit card surcharge for all online payments so you will not be charged any extra at the time of payment

• Refund of registration fees will not be permitted once the first round of the season has commenced

Active Kids Program

The NSW Government is continuing the Active Kids voucher this year. The program aims to help reduce the costs relating to sports and fitness by providing a $100 rebate for each school-aged child that registers for an eligible activity.

 

If you intend to use an Active Kids voucher against a registration with CJSC, please obtain the voucher before registering with CJSC. You will be asked to enter the voucher number when confirming the registration before payment. The system will validate the voucher before automatically reducing the cost of the registration

NB: Please ensure you also read the important information in the deregistration section concerning the Active Kids rebate.

 

 

Registration Instructions

 

Under 5s

Only players turning 5 years of age in the 2023 calendar year (i.e. 1st January 2023 to 31st December 2023) are eligible to register for Under 5s.

 

DO NOT register online.

 

To register, visit the Clubhouse (Edwards Park, Brewer Street Concord) on any one of the following dates:

 

• Sunday 15th January 2023 10am – 12pm

• Saturday 4th February 2023 10am – 12pm

• Wednesday 8th February 2023 6pm – 8pm

 

Payment of the fee ($220) is to be made via credit/debit card at the time of registering.

 

Please bring with you proof of your child's age (e.g. copy of birth certificate or passport).

U6s to Seniors

All registrations from U6s to seniors are completed using the online registration system called Dribl and debit/credit card is the only payment method accepted.

Deregistrations

If you want to deregister yourself or your child as a player, please contact the Club Administrator.

​

The Club Administrator will endeavour to process deregistration requests as quickly as possible but due to work volume and the involvement of other people/organisations in the process, this may take up to two or three weeks to complete.

IMPORTANT: If you successfully claimed the Active Kids Voucher as part of the original registration, any eligible deregistration refund does not include the amount of the voucher - only the monies paid by the player/parent will be refunded. According to the Service NSW terms and conditions, the rebate stays with the Club. Under exceptional circumstances, the Club may use its discretion to transfer the rebate to another provider but is under no obligation to do so.

IMPORTANT: While you can deregister at any time throughout the season, please remember that no refunds will be issued after the first game of the season.
