The 2021 registration period is now open! PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION ON THIS PAGE BEFORE REGISTERING
Note that the club cannot predict what will happen with the current Covid situation in Sydney.
It's still a long time until the start of the season in April. CJSC will of course comply with any Government rulings on whether community sports will proceed or not but until then we assume the season is going ahead. We were fortunate to be able to play last year, even if the season was a little shorter than usual. If, after you register, you decide that your personal situation has changed and you cannot play, you can trigger a refund up until the first day of the season - which this year is Friday April 9th i.e. apply for a refund by Thursday the 8th April.
This year we are again offering two styles of discounts:
Register before midnight 7th February and you will pay $20 less than the standard fee
Register your first child and receive a $10 discount for each subsequent sibling (each child must be linked to your Play Football account)
Registration fees for 2021 are listed below. Despite it being a financially tough season last year due to Covid impacts, the Club felt strongly that there should be no increase in fees this year. We remain committed to ensuring as many players as possible return to, and new players join, the Club to make this an enjoyable season for all.
CJSC will absorb the credit card surcharge for all online payments so you will not be charged any extra at the time of payment
Refund of registration fees (full or partial) will not be permitted once the first round of the season has commenced
Active Kids Program
The NSW Government is continuing the Active Kids voucher this year. The program aims to help reduce the costs relating to sports and fitness by providing a $100 rebate for each school-aged child that registers for an eligible activity.
If you intend to use an Active Kids voucher against a registration with CJSC, please obtain the voucher before registering with CJSC. You will be asked to enter the voucher number when confirming the registration before payment. The system will validate the voucher before automatically reducing the cost of the registration
NB: Please ensure you also read the important information in the deregistration section concerning the Active Kids rebate.
Only players turning 5 years of age in the 2021 calendar year (i.e. 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2021) are eligible to register for Under 5s.

If you want to deregister yourself or your child as a player, please contact the Club Administrator by email only. The process is:
1. Club Administrator creates a deregistration request which triggers an email to the player or parent
NB: for a quicker result, please provide your bank account details in the email as all refunds will be processed as an EFT
2. Player or parent approves the request through their Play Football account as per instructions in the email
3. CDSFA will approve the deregistration request in their system
4. Club Administrator will instruct the Club's Treasurer to process the refund
The Club Administrator will endeavour to process deregistration requests as quickly as possible but due to work volume and the involvement of other people/organisations in the process, this may take up to two or three weeks to complete.
IMPORTANT: Where applicable, the amount of the Active Kids rebate successfully claimed as part of the original registration does not form part of any deregistration refund - only the monies paid by the player/parent will be refunded. According to the Service NSW terms and conditions, the rebate stays with the Club. Under exceptional circumstances, the Club may use its discretion to transfer the rebate to another provider but it is under no obligtion to do so.
IMPORTANT: While you can deregister at any time throughout the season, please remember that no refunds will be issued after the first game of the season.
