IMPORTANT: If you intend to claim a refund with your deregistration, please ensure you submit your request on or before 8th April 2021. No refunds will be issued for deregistration requests received on or after 9th April 2021.
If you want to deregister yourself or your child as a player, please contact the Club Administrator by email only. The process is:
1. Club Administrator creates a deregistration request which triggers an email to the player or parent
NB: for a quicker result, please provide your bank account details in the email as all refunds will be processed as an EFT
2. Player or parent approves the request through their Play Football account as per instructions in the email
3. CDSFA will approve the deregistration request in their system
4. Club Administrator will instruct the Club's Treasurer to process the refund
The Club Administrator will endeavour to process deregistration requests as quickly as possible but due to work volume and the involvement of other people/organisations in the process, this may take up to three or four weeks to complete.
IMPORTANT: Where applicable, the amount of the Active Kids rebate successfully claimed as part of the original registration does not form part of any deregistration refund - only the monies paid by the player/parent will be refunded. According to the Service NSW terms and conditions, the rebate stays with the Club. Under exceptional circumstances, the Club may use its discretion to transfer the rebate to another provider but it is under no obligtion to do so.
REMEMBER: Please note that no refunds will be issued for deregistration requests received on or after 9th April 2021 (i.e the first game of the season).
